Ryan became part of the Auxilium Team in December 2024, shortly after earning his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Victoria.  Ryan obtained his mortgage broker license in April 2025.

During his academic journey, Ryan also served as a Naval Warfare Officer in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserves. This experience helped him develop strong leadership abilities, effective team resource management, and a sharp problem-solving mindset.

At Auxilium, Ryan plays a key role in lead generation and is often the first point of contact for new clients. In addition, he supports the broker team by managing documentation and ensuring clear communication with clients throughout the mortgage process.

Outside of work, Ryan is fueled by adventure—whether it’s motorcycling, rock climbing, or taking to the skies with his interest in aviation.
